maybe if we were able to read your thread correctly that would help with you getting a response from us....

from what i take your trying to say is ok to do this conversion in new york???? why wouldn't be ??? to best answer your question i would check locally in new york for their rules and regulations regards to modifiying cars...

For the most part, why wouldnt you be able to mod a car that you purchased and own???? if i paid money for anything that gives you the right to do whatever the hell you want with it

sorry for my grammar, yes i am trying to say if its ok to conversion in new york. Also i am trying to find new york rules about mod, on road, register and all that and i can't find them on website.

Other thing about the parts that are out of america, i dont know if they are able to delivery them to new york. Most of the parts can be delivery to cali or canada. Incorrect me if i am wrong.

Yeah you are right i can mod it if i own it

I think it's possible as long as you have the money, time and knowledge They should ship to New York for sure, correct me if I'm wrong also. You should message some of the people who's build threads you have been read, good luck if you decided to do it!

Sure you can... you just can't register it, have it pass emissions, operate it at the street or even at certain track events depending on how it's built. Correct grammar, no... good question yes.

That said I think you've gotten the best advice already. Find some specific people who've done it and ask them about their builds. Any areas they had trouble in, things they'd have done differently etc. I'm sure they'd be happy that you appreciate their rides and are working on one of your own.

So, It's like 50/50 to conversion lol.

I would ask them but most of them conversion in canada and california. No one conversion in New York. I will ask them just in case if they know about it.

Thanks

Find some people on other forums who've done other JDM Conversions. Lots of cool JDM cars have been converted. Supras, Silvias, even Skylines. I'm sure you can find someone in NY.

Go post in the NY part of this forum and ask if anyone there can put you in touch with someone.
