Question Help identifying what wasn't grounded in my engine bay

I was just cleaning my engine bay a bit and noticed that a wire coming off of the TB wasn't grounded. I recently had some work done at my dealer and figure they forgot to put a bolt back in.

Can somebody tell me what this wire goes to and what may have been damaged? I haven't thrown a CEL and the car seemed to drive perfectly. I ran to the hardware store to do a temporary fix and also noticed no difference/CEL after I re-grounded the wire.

Found it like this

Temporary fix

there are many grounding points throughout the engine bay, this is one of them. with it being such a puny wire, i doubt any damage or noticeable negative effects would be felt.

That ground usually affects your temp gauge. Might give you a false reading.
