Boost leak? did it just happen or have you been always getting bad mileage. Also, what is the mileage that you are considering sucky?

MODS? Same question as above whats bad?

my mods are listed below, i daily drive it for work and i really milk it and have gotten 26mpghwy, if i do city driving i stop measuring pergallon. i follow my fuel economy by how long the car is running.

that looks like this equation looks like this...

CityMPG=TIMERUNNING*HowMUCHFUNIMHAVING/NUMBEROFGALLONS

please post your mods

I drove my stock evo 9 1000 miles home when I got it a few weeks ago and it was 26.5-28.5 for the whole trip. Since it was hwy it was out of boost for pretty much the entire trip.

Poor milage could mean a number of simple things, #1 check for boost leaks, #2 check the spark plugs, #3 does it have emmisions parts on it that may be bad like a plugged/congested CAT converter? #4 remember evos get terrible milage at WOT, so if you are drag racing from every traffic light it will suck gas like a V-8. i get 21-23 mpg in the city with all stock evo 8, 27-30mpg on the highway.

I get ~27 mpg highway, and <3 mpg on the track, its all in how you drive it.

You can always try some fuel system cleaner to see if that gives you an improvement in MPG.

no its all the same thing. its a liquid you pour into vacuum hose or break booster that shoots it in the intake.
