Just Curious? Thinking about selling my car

I have a 2005 Evo8 BBY 49,000 miles Clean Title
Only mods are:
Hks Cams
Hks Turbo 7460R
Hks Valve springs
Full 3'' exhaust along with downpipe
Previous owner had this all this down and will assume it was tuned bc it has a grim's speed port boost controller. It's not manual.
Have XXR rims on it.
So you get the idea. I'm looking into selling bc i am in school and hate that this has become my daily driver. Mileage is going up to much.
So i was curious to get some input and see what people say. Car runs Flawless. It's the smoothest evo i have ever owned. This is my 3rd and i love it the most from all. Well taken care of and garaged and have had it professionally polished like every 2 months. I also also a specific rubbing compound
that is actually not harmful to the paint like other cheap waxes.
So i'm curious to know what tou all think i can sell her for. I know what it's worth but it has legit and reliable upgrades that are not high maintenance.

Spend $500 and buy a reliable daily driver to put the miles on, ie and old Subaru, Saturn, Honda, etc. The chance that you're going to find another Evo in your car's condition in the future when you want to buy another will be very slim.

I would say Keep it, but if you we're to sell it what else would you get? You might regret it later. Try to buy a POS clunker civic, integra or accord and rack up the miles on that instead. By the way Very sweet ride my friend.

I'll trade you a high mileage 04 civic for it
I'm sure you'd rather have 2 doors than 4 anyway.

I love the BBY, it's my favorite Evo color.

Edit: a guy sold a BBY with 40k miles for $16,500 a few days back. Just thought I'd throw that out there

I Paid over 21 for mine with 48k miles on it. I know I paid too much, but I was in a hury at the time and it was taken care of as yours is. And it didn't have the mods yours does. I wouldn't sell it though. Sick car. Keep it.

Lol guys i'm growing up and getting old. Thanks for all the ideas but i think i will get out of the Evo game for sure now. Just gonna get a mercedes maybe and feel boss. Or better yet go back to the good old Honda fit sport. That is one underpowered car lol but loved the 35mpg to the gallon city and highway mixed.

you can never be too old to own a fast car. If you go to my local drag strip (Maple Grove) you'll see guys in there 80's still running there cars at the track. I say keep it you'll regret it eventually and wish you never sold it. Buy a beater and you'll appreciate your evo that much more!

And I'm 37 years old. Don't be concerned with the age. If your main grip is a daily driver then I'd suggest $500 car as Blue91lx suggested. If you need the money for school that's understandable too. But if you're looking for something else I get that too.

BUT, just remember as the years go by, these cars are becoming more rare. I don't see many around like I used too. I've contemplated selling mine too, however, now that I've had it for many years I'd rather keep it indefinitely and just get another car to drive daily in the future. And nothing is more "boss" than AMGs seeing my taillights.

I need a daily, is it really possible to buy a reliable daily for 500 bucks?
