Listen to this please

So for a couple days i have been trying to figure out some sounds my cars making, although i know im annoying and being a girl about them i would like to know. (slight whine on accel in highgears or low rpms, mainly under light loads) I have front lsd, energy suspension rear bushings, puck clutch and a lightened flywheel, the rest is in my sig. Please bear with road noise. ***im aware of the rear decel noise which is the rear grinding sound most people have**

Did you see where I said I didnt listen? I just read. And alot of people know things about drivetrain issues. Its just people get tired of the "please identify my whine noice coming from here and it happens only when so and so" maybe you should search cause there are countless threads about whines! Or maybe you should contact a professional! with your whine problem! GL

I don't think its a tcase whine. Ive heard that god I don't know how many times. It almost sounds like a rattle on decel. I would check your driveshaft for excessive play, hubs, cv shafts. Other things it might be that are NOT driveline related that I have noticed is the subframe bar under car (little black bar that attaches in 3 places with bolts) being bent up and touching the exhaust and under decel it rattles like that. So idk if any of that helps but it will give you a few things to check.

funny you said that my bar is actually bent upwards because a spacer was not used on the middle bolt. But anyways the sound I was speaking of was on acceleration. The decel im pretty sure is the rear or like you said something rattling.

Man... I don't really hear anything in the video of a whine. I do hear the turbo spooling up. Thats like the only thing that should make a whining sound under accel. It could have some shaft play getting worn out. Have you checked that? Just pull off intake going to turbo. Grab the shaft and wiggle up and down in and out. Shouldn't be much play at all.

i checked the turbo before plus my car was just in the shop for a head rebuild, the turbo turned out to be fine. Anyway at 3:00 if you listen a couple seconds you can hear the whine you can also hear the turbo spool but if you listen closely you can hear it, i actually say whine when it happens. Thanks for listening I know the video isent the best quality.

When my car was in the shop it was smoke tested striped down again for the rebuild im assuming it was done again, i over boosted last night so i dont think its that anyways ive seen some videos with evos that make sort of the same noise on accel in 4th and 5th under load

Well Im thinking is if you have a vacuum line off (im reaching here lol) it might make a whistling sound under boost. But its not a big enough leak to cause boost issues and over boosting is normal in 4th and 5th bc the load can be greater. Well normal bc people aren't tuned as well as they could be. lol

I keep listening to it and all I'm getting is that cratching rattle noise and again I don't know if that's what your talking about but my guess if that's it would be the bearings. Don't quote me just my guess.
