Guys, i need alittle help here, i ordered a Defi oil pressure gauge and a couple of other bits from http://www.hotchicksracing.com back in the middle of December, yet havent received anything back from them, even though they debited my credit card account.

Now they arent answering my emails, last one two weeks ago said they were picking the parts up the next day and would ship them out to me, i mailed back asking for confirmation of shipping, not heard from them since!

Not too sure whether to ring my CC company and report them for ripping me off??!

Any one in contact with http://www.hotchicksracing.com who can help???

Sorry mate. If they were registered Vendors on this site, we could help you a little better. I've never even heard of em.

But I do know that certain Defi gauges have been on back order for a very long time. I know of people who waited 2-3 months to get their gauges.

Have you called them? Most companies use email as a secondary means of communication to the telephone.

its easy dude, just call your credit card and dispute the charges, they'll credit you back right away. no probs

 

Sorry to hear that, just go through your credit card company. I don't think I would trust a parts company call HOT Chicks anyway

 

Sorry to hear about that man. I would suggest as the others already have, to call your CC co. Also why would you buy anything from them their prices are a rip-off.

Just looked myself and your right, they no longer even list the Defi gauges, makes you wonder how thses comapnies continue to run, and how much they've made off the backs of people like myself.

i wish you the best luck with this bro. just a piece of advice for the future, the paying vendors on are board all registered with us so we have all thier info (tax id number etc...) which makes it much easier to protect the buyers. also, all of our vendors have been servising our community for some time now so you can rest assure that you will get what you paid for.

Just contacted the CC now, couldnt wait until the morning.

They are going to look into the issue and hopefully resolve it.I'll keep you guys informed.Thanks for that Snir, i'll be ordering off one of the vendors on this board once i get my money back!

 

8-12 weeks isn't completely unheard of when getting Defi from Japan.

If you're not going to order from one of us registered vendors, do a little homework and check with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to see if there are any outstanding complaints against them. Not every last company will be in the database, but all of the known hucksters and cheaters will come up in a search.

You're lucky you just bought gauges; suppose you'd purchased a set of wheels. Then you'd be out $2000 or more!

 

I have been getting ripped by chicks for a LONG time, hehe just get married and call it quits. Oh sorry I was thinking about something else.
