tuning with stock catalyc converter
you would get a decent power increase from getting rid of the stock cat, and either going high flow cat or test pipe. IMO test pipe is the best way to go, that is unless your in one of the **** like states here and they'll jump all over you for altering your vehicle...
Get a test pipe, and then when emissions come around just put your stock cat back in. You can't smell it in the car at all unless you have your windows down and you come to a sudden stop. People behind you will be able to smell it.
