Cant really find threads on a how to

But im about to start tuning next month for 350hp

I want to use the stock rom preferably but need help logging with evoscan

I have read thise threads because i tried downloading the mut table and it couldnt find the file.

 

You don't down load the mut file. It already exists in the rom. You just add the code line to your rom's metadata. Then you can see the mut table and make adjustments.

Which rom are you on and what do you want adjusted in the mut table?

Posting this in the ecuflash section will get faster responses.

 

not really trying to adjust the mut table, Im not sure which rom it is at the moment due to work, but I have the stock evo 8 rom from the factory.

I just need a thread or a how to on logging for load, rpm, and fuel-> getting a wideband, so I can start tuning to 26 pounds taper to 22-24 pounds

 

Download evoscan, plug in tactrix cable, make sure the parameters that you would like to log are selected, hit log!

Everything that you need to know is in the ecuflash section, search!!

 

will it log load? thats my question I have used it before on the tephra rom and had no issues.

When I try to log the stock rom with 2 byte or 1 byte it doesnt show the load.

I would prefer to use the stock rom so I dont have to start all over with the tephra rom for timing and fuel

 

It will log loadcalc, but not 1byte or 2byte. You have to run the Tephra rom or a modified rom to get those values. You are better off starting with a Tephra rom than a stock rom.

 

You can log 2byte, you just have to change a value in the mut table. It's all on the ecuflash section like i said! lol
