Clutch restrictor help

Clutch restrictor help
Hey guys,
Im in the middle of clutch install on my Evo IX.
Have a question regarding clutch restrictor removal.
I followed Evomoto guide for this, but can not get the restrictor out. I tried sticking a small allen wrench from bleeder side but nothing comes out. The car was stock with 9K miles when I bought it a while back- so not sure if it could have been removed before.
The only thing that I see in the hole is a springy thing that compresses when I push in the fork rod in and out. It seems that it goes perpendicular to the bleeder and banjo hole.
Here are 2 pics from both sides. Can someone help me out, or is the restrictor removed already?

stop bumping your thread after only 3 hours.
if u didnt take out the lil tiny spring thing with the micro hole on top, PICTURE 13 on evomoto. then you didnt remove it yet.
