How do you figure that? Is has very few bends per runner The bend radiuses are long, compared to what's available when building a sch10/40 manifold, and it uses extremely shallow angle merge collectors. All of this equals more flow through the header. It's also made of a superior grade of stainless that allows it to be built from tube that has 1/2 the wall thickness of sch40 pipe(.065" vs .133") for lighter weight. This manifold weighed 5lbs less than my previous sch10(.109") 304 manifold.

It's an illusion based on the angle of the pic. The A/C line is no where near the header.

That is absolutely sick. Amazing beads. Fully divided, super shallow radius collector, equal length, T4?

What do you plan on doing with this beast? Turbo selection?

Is it anodized? I love the blue.

All that work and you couldn't even move your coolant line to a place where it doesn't get cooked. Guess you dont enjoy welding aluminum too much

Badass! I'm always excited to see your work, and congrats on your results! It kills me to see all the haters always bashing thin wall long tube header designs. I'm sure it feels awesome on the street.

Aren't his headers similar to CBRD's LMP kit. I'm sure they don't make non-functional hardware.
