I've got the cd manual and was contemplating printing it out, but i've noticed that this pdf setup is a little different than I've dealt with before. The pages are set up like web pages with links to other pages. My question is this, if one were to print this, is there an easy way to print a page, and be able to get all of the links that is has on it printed completely as well? Does that make sense? Can any computer literite out there know how to do that?
