I bought a hold bunch of stuff form a guy a while back. He said that this was a tubular manifold for an evo?
What model evo and is it stock? (I dont think it is)
Does anybody recognize this particular brand? (Stamp on mani has worn off)

It looks like something you would buy off ebay. Most likely china made.

 

Looks like its flanged for a stock turbo. I'd steer clear of it as low quality manis tend to crack. Your better off porting the stock exhaust mani.

 

lol its black because its been used/heat cycled thousands of times. definitely doesnt look coated. so its just used and abused. those sell for like $70 used in better condition then that. I wouldnt put that on a car if I were you.. :/
