It will be quite awhile before that car is road worthy.

I would try carfax first. your basically looking for a needle in a haystack. The place you bought it from didnt have any info on it? you buy it from auction?

that's amazingly unhelpful

the only way you will get the previous owner is by stroke of luck. auctions won't give out that information and carfax/autocheck/etc doesn't have that information, nor will they give it to you

Your location is Tbilisi? As in Georgia? The country?

You should be able to get the title history at the DMV

Like others have mentioned, you have to be very lucky to find previous owner. I think your only hope actually is if he sees this thread. Otherwise, there is no way. Good luck!

What questions do you have about the car? I'm sure many of us can tell you about parts on the car as long as there are pictures.

As far as the crash it was in the previous owner would pretty much be the only one that can tell you about it.

Your not going to find the previous owner with a vague thread.
Btw, my last car had 8k worth of suspension & body damages.
Lets just say car fax was clean, so it's only a back up that you would have the car checked by a reputable body shop.

Or maybe a local Mitsu dealer.
Good luck with your search, hope you find what you need.

You can always try the Missed Connections section of Craigslist.
