I happened upon this depressing moment a few days ago. Saw this Jan 4th on the H -2 freeway in Oahu. Hope this wasn't you. But if it was, I hope these pictures help.

 

Damn That suck big time. Are you sure you didnt see dolly's or wheels rollers they put on the front tire? Most guys put tires dolly's or rollers on the front tires in order to save money on a flat bed. And if they is nothing on those front tires, i do feel bad for the owner.

I feel towing companies should have a book that lists every car produced along with its drive-train so they can properly tow a car. And then use said book.

Towing companies have some dumb *** drivers, some of them are clueless.

 

That's what I don't get. You're a tow truck driver, I'm sure you see different makes and models everyday and you don't know to put an AWD vehicle on a flatbed? Makes me cringe to see that picture.

 

Put one of these stickers next to your vin on the windshield.

They won't care. They are all about getting your car to the tow yard ASAP so they can get back out there and tow the next person.

I have those stickers and I often wonder if it would help with liability if it ever went as far as court.
