How many steps do you see at idle?
I ask because you say "should"
That's not reassuring that you're solving the problem by replacing the throttle body
You could adjust the tables to make it idle at 3000 with an aftermarket throttle body. The iscv stuff is under disassem still too.. Are you stock ecu?
