What about the fact that my plugs foul really fast? They get black but the tip still shows white? Is that due to my system being rich since i need a tune?

In general, white means lean, while brownish/ gold ---> black distinguish's if the engine is running a normal AFR to a rich AFR.

1. There are millions of reasons for a plug to foul, and foul can mean a million things. If you type "How to diagnose spark plugs" into google, you'll find a myriad of information including pictures, that, as they say, will be worth a thousand words.

2. You mentioned that you've only had this car for a short time. How did you check to see if there was coolant present in your oil? Did you do an oil change, or did you check via the dipstick? Because you're going to want to do an oil change either way since you don't appear to know the history of the car. I might even suggest an oil analysis, but thats on you.

3. If the coolant in the reservoir is odd colored, I'd want to know why. The FIRST thing that comes to mind is... someone has put the wrong coolant in the car. This may not be it, but I'd probably change it anyway. Read... change it. I don't believe in flushing.

If there IS a problem, or some debris kicked up or whatever, then this would only help.

When you say that the coolant in the rad looks fine, there could also be a blockage somewhere within the radiator that is isolating fluid, so you'd need to realistically start with checking the oil, by changing it, and the I'd probably change the coolant as well.

Thanks for the detailed response, ill do all of the above. When you open the radiator cap the fluid looks greenish transparent like it should. Ive only check the diptsick and theres no signs of coolant in the oil, just the coolant reservoir is dirty. I will change all fluids.
