I was having P0300 issues for the longest time. I upgraded to a Spoolinup COP when I installed the new turbo, and I've only gotten it once since early January. I carry around a OBD2 scan tool so I can easily reset it.

Update! I gapped my sparkplugs down to 0.24 on all four of them. The idle is much better now as for the codes they havent popped up yet but im going to take a test drive tommorrow to find out. Wish me luck.
