Need thoughts!! Insurance said my Evo is totalled?!

Yup totalled and I highly doubt the cop said it was your fault just bc you are 19 and drive a "tuned out" Evo.

My mechanic said there was no frame damage a few minutes ago and it looks like I didn't get hit as hard as it looks in the pics because you got to understand this car is all carbon fiber so obviously it will crumble easier. Insurance said they'll give me 18K for it but my mechanic is working with them to get 19K for it.

Sorry for the loss, glad ur fine. I would get rid of the evo(buy it back sell it quick!). You're in a very bad hole; Repairing it will costs you a lot of pennies + higher insurance premium for the next 5yrs. will suck. Premium rates will make you hate your evo.
