So parked my car a few days ago and went to start it the next morning. car didn't want to start without opening the throttle a bit and the wide band shows afrs at low 9 high 8s. The car won't stay running at those afrs. so I pulled the plugs and one was damaged a bit.

replaced all the plugs with good gap etc, and still have the same problem. I'm in speed density and my tune looks fine. Nothing has changed, I'm at a bit of a loss as to what could be causing me to run so rich? Any suggestions?
