It's rich from those big dawg injectors and no boost... I think the alcohol smell is you being drunk when u install your IC piping

 

hahaa no partying on easter but seriously there was a strong alcohol smell like rubbing alcohol i was like wtf my friend was also puzzled.

 

The first time I blew my LICP off I was doing a third gear pull and my heart fell to my a**. Thankfully it was just the LICP

 

My problem back in the day was the uicp to TB, I double clamped it but now use t-bolts now. The hair spray trick works nicely too.

 

yea the first time i rode in the car with the guy i bought it from he blew off the uicp by the throttle body, my car likes blowing ic pipes off lol, blew it off the throttle body so many times. yesterday my heart also dropped i was under load in 5th with a good amount of boost i was like i just blew the bottom end but had a solid check engine light so i knew it wasent knocking and was relieved.

 

Haha that's crazy man! Ya invest in some tbolt clamps they will save you so much trouble...unless you like blowing off your piping
