...during idle. This is from a semi-warm start.


Outside temp is around 45 degree. I've read AFR at idle should be around14.7-15ish. As you can see, mine sometime dips into the 16-17s. Is this typical? I have regular bolt ons and no engine mods. This was happening before installing larger injectors.

Ok, found out it can be the EGR solenoid gone bad. I read it is underneath the intake manifold. So I'm assuming on the side towards the firewall. What's the best way of getting to it? Do I need to go from underneath the car?

 

i have the same afr.your cel is on?mine not.

 

No CEL. No cams either but the car sounds/idle like I have cams lol. From all my research, its either a boost leak or EGR issue. I'm getting a boost leak test next week, so we'll see..

 

i did boost leak check and i don't have one.so it leads me to egr.this sat i leave my car at boostin performance for fluids change and ask them to take a look.

 

btw before you start taking off the egr check that stupid vacuum line that likes to popping off of the nipple.
