I bought a zip hoodie from the store and it seems to have got lost in the post.I have checked DHL global mail status but it only shows that it has left the US.How else can i track it and is there any insurance on those items?

 

how long has it been "lost" for?

if the seller didn't purchase insurance on the item there's not much you can do about recouping lost expenses

 

It's been a little over a month now...

 

I had a package take 3-4 weeks to get from Germany to the USA via DHL so you may just have to be patient

 

Guess i'll have to be.I bought it from the store on here...

Is there somebody that will be able to check the status for me on here?
