anyone interested in experimenting with this rear diffuser?

I just picked up a jdm style bumper and have been looking at some of the diffuser options to go with it and just haven't seen one that's a modern design.

I think I may have found a good option that looks good and will be quite functional. what do you guys think about this piece originally for an RX-7? I seems to only need a rectangular section cut out, just to the bottom of where the license plate goes and there are two metal straps that mount it to the license plate holes.

Although I doubt someone will want to do this to their OEM jdm bumper having paid $$ for it. It wont be so painful if the cover has some bumps and bruises or its a track car or one of those $200 replica covers. its obviously doable with the USDM bumper also.

anyone care to possibly Photoshop one?

thanks

they go for about $400

The diffuser would look out of place on a JDM bumper IMO. The lines and curves on a JDM bumper flows so gracefully with the taillights, sharp cresed corners and trunk not to mention so symmetrically correct- viewing from the wing. USDM bumper however would be a better candidate- as its more rougher on the edges.

Cool, I had a real clean Fiji a few years back. Looks like we both made some good choices.
