Passing emissions with force patch

Catless car, rear o2 delete..will I be able to pass emissions, they don't do a visual check and there's no cel.

I passed with flying colors back in February.
Running tephra v7 SD w/ force pass on

Great, I'm getting to my tuner Tuesday to take care of it for me, just wondering if there's any problems I might run into.
