was it condensation or coolant in the tailpipe? condensation is normal. check your oil and your coolant for milkshake. it's possible that you just didn't top off the coolant after driving it. does it drive differently or overheat? also the smell of coolant in the exhaust is pretty noticeable, and white smoke would be pouring out, even after warming up.

well its not smoking and the thermostat was changed so it was properly bleed before i even go into it but it was yesterday when it was really hot and i ran it and saw some white smoke coming from under the hood i look under the car and it looked the the flex pipe was smoking but there wasn't any coolant on the ground since then i have been smelling allot of burnt fuel and i noticed the coolant missing so far there wasn't any abnormal temperature spikes

yoy might have spilled some coolant onto the flexpipe. it takes time to burn off. hows the oil color? and coolant color?

If you installed the gasket and the deck was wet it wouldnt seal even if you use apr studs... Especially if the moly from the studs gets on it... However shooting in the dark is pointless without results... So test it... Rule that out... Monitor your coolant levels for a week or so... And then assume you did a ****ty job of burping the system and it sucked the needed fuild from the overflow...

top it off and run it again. air will get bled out for the first few run cycles, set the level at the full mark in the reservoir when hot and see what happens. don't open the rad cap. a little smoke or steam from under the hood after a head gasket job is nothing to worry about.
