I need to smog my car in CALI, could i just put the evo 9 cat on and put a cap on it and leave the 02 sensor plugged into the midpipe where it usually is?


also thinking of getting the tephra mod to force the monitors, since mine have always seemed to appear "incomplete"

Yes it will work and yes it would be a good idea to have the sensors set to pass.

Its not lining up right, so im gonna drill the hole on the downpipe to be slighlty bigger so the bolt can make it through
