But, I've been lurking for a while now, and, finally decided to join as i feel im ready to begin modding the car.


I'm going to start off with the following, not sure about the order


fuel pump- walbro. i feel like everyone and their mothers use it.


licp- was thinking ams because....they're ams lol


intake- aem short ram intake


thats what i have in mind so far, and, im not sure if i've chosen the best ones. any suggestions would be helpful.

Which evo do you have? Yes you're off on a great start.
For a first round of mods i would recommend this:
Walboro 255
Aem intake/ injen
Turboback exhaust (downpipe, testpipe/high flow cat, catback)
Licp- muse, ams, ets (they're all great but diff $$ your call)
and FINALLY a tune! You will easily net over 70whp+/50wtq+ on the stock 9 turbo (stock evo's put down 240whp and typical intake/exhaust/tuned evo 9s make 320whp+)

 

I have the 9 mr.

im not sure what tbe to get, as i want something deep and raspy. but with all those mods, and a tune, ill be around 320whp? not too shabby!
