Weird tail light problem

My passenger side tail lights(the ones that come on with the headlights, not the brake lights) wont come on.
When I trace the wire back to the passenger side kick panel harness plug, I can see that it's not getting any voltage. When I jumper pack the pin the light comes on.
Not really sure what to do from here. If it's a fuse it would kill both sides of my rear lights....
I see that the relay box on page 54b-296 shows that the right and left sides each share a relay, could I have half a dead relay? Or are the # 20 and 21 fuses and not relays?

These wires have a split in the body harness between left and right side. I believe its in the front side of the trunk on the right side (maybe the left). Your problem is likely between that split and the right side plug

If a fuse is blown it does not mean that both tail lights will go out, the left and right side are on separate fuses.

You are correct... I was wrong. There are two fuses for the sides...

However, if the right side rear parking light is off, the right side headlight parking light will also be out.

So... Check to make sure your right side marker light is on. If it is, the fuse is blown, if it's out, the right side fuse is out.

err? My right side rear bumper marker is on. I'll try swapping fuses now wish there was an easy way to tell which are the 20-21 fuses.
