I need a new tuner that is good at tuning evo 9 that will not blow up my car and that will get the most out of my set up. That is not very pricy. LMK if you have someone in mind. Last tunner blew up my engine.. :[

Tom at Tscompusa is very good, but its hard to get a hold of him since he's really busy. Expect 2 weeks to get tuned.

 

Im in Iowa. I could go to boostin performance not too far from me.. I wouldnt mind email tune neither. What is a ll needed for it?

Hit up Bakaunchi or Tom from Tscomp tuning, or jay from boosted.

 

EvoScan is about $25. EcuFlash is free.

You'll need a map sensor (Omni) as well as a Wide Band (AEM, Innovate, etc). It's nice to have boost control with a 3 port or a MBC. I really like tuning the 3 ports, but MBC work great too!

My car is currently being tuned by him, love the results so far. I'm sure there are other great tuners out there but what I love about this guy is that he responds quickly and answers all of your questions and concerns.

The guy is a true professional and I could tell right off he knows what he's doing.

Go to boosten since you said its not to far. or you can always drive to Buschur Racing in Ohio

 

Its worth the road trip to go to either Buschur or MAP. A bit farther but youll get a awesome tune from either.
