Will Evo 8 HID Projectors fit in Evo 9 non HID housing?

Will Evo 8 HID Projectors fit in Evo 9 non HID housing?
I currently have a broken evo 8 headlight but the projector is fine. Will these parts retrofit into an Evo 9 non HID housing? Also can you put the fog light parts from the evo 8 light in the evo 9 light?
