Hey guys,

I'm looking to replace some of the knit couplers on my car with silicone units and t-bolt clamps before I go get tuned.

I'm trying to use the couplers from siliconeintakes.com but I have a question about the throttle body -> stock UICP coupler. The stock coupler (and ones from Samco, for example) have a specific shape, not just generic flat 90 degrees. You can se the shape of the standard coupler in this diagram:



My question is this: siliconeintakes.com doesn't offer a coupler in that shape. They just have a generic 90 degree reducer coupler, like this:



Will this work for the stock UICP?

 

If you currently have stock UICP it will not work its too short.
