need help on my evo!

So recently my 2004 evo8 is constantly making this rattling noise that feels like its coming from right below the driver side, it seems as tho its coming from the wheels. It feels/sounds as tho something is having trouble spinning. It happens while in between shifts from 1st-3rd gear or in between shifting. It goes away after about 2500-3000 RPM then continues when I step on the clutch to switch it to another gear or removing it to be switched to neutral or when I let go of gas for cruise at around 22-2300 rpm. Any Idea on why this is happening? please help!

It could be either a failing wheel bearing or a loose fender liner.

Do you have a larger front sway bar? Ive noticed less clearance between a larger fsb and the tc rear snout piece. If your motor mounts are worn the rear snout could be hitting the swaybar during accel/shifting when the engine is rocking.

it doesn't start to rattle in between shifts until after 15-20 minutes of driving.. so before that time, It drives just fine but after 10-15-20 minutes of driving .. it starts to shake in between shifts and also while cruising... it feels as tho its shaking somewhere from the center of the car.. Just wanted to clarify that.

Does anything feel different or is it just the rattling/chatter noise? Also what kind of exhaust do you have?

Its like a rattling/ fluttering sound like something is spinning.
The car was bought used with the following mods;
Engine/performance
-aftermarket cams(i dont know which)
-Arp head studs retainers springs
-6puck clutch stage4 with a light fly wheel
-megan 3' downpipe
-max flow cat to an ams exhaust(its really loud)
-meth kit boosted at 32psi spray
-tial bov
-evo9 turbo
Thats what i was told before i bought the car. The engine was replaced by
Previous owner with an 04evo8 due to him bending a rod. It was bought from an old man who goes by the name "old man ed" in warrington PA.

To my understandings... oil pressure, turbo timer and wideband seems fine.

Make sure your exhaust is not rubbing up against the drive shaft. Could be touching/rubbing up against your CAT. You will see obvious contact ware on the drive shaft & CAT if it is...

I doubt thats the problem because those problems doesn't arise until after 15-20 minute of driving... The longer i drive the car the louder it gets.. It seems to happen in between shifts and persist for approximately 2-3 seconds after a shift is completed.

I was thinking that it could possibly be if your cat has a heat sheild and if it rusted and started coming apart. It'll usually rattle at idle/low rpms and go away as you accelerate.
