Sounds like an aftermarket clutch rattle.... I see you are from CT. Joing the facebook group Connecticut Evo and see if you can meet up with someone to help identify the noise.

my 6 puck clutch made a similar noise while driving/ coasting for about a month before it gave out. a few of the springs were rattling on the clutch. no damage was caused but the clutch and flywheel had to be replaced....

I'd double check the wheel bearings . Easy enough to do. Just jack up the car and work the wheel. You can check youtube for good videos of what to look for.

ill take a look at it but im sure that its not the wheel bearings because it doesnt happen the second I drive. Also i would like to add that my car tends to jerk while crusing at 3000rpm unless I gas up. That only happens during 1st 2nd 3rd and barely 4th gear.

Also soon enough I will have someone take a look at the car. I'm trying to get this problem fixed myself so I don't have to put up the extra money but if nothing comes up than spending the extra money will have to do. Ill keep everyone updated and as for the helpful advice, I will give it a try.
