help! car rattles at 2000rpm!
RE EDITT!!!
the rattle is right next to my right foot where the gas pedal is! its like a spinning fluttering sound
so recently I've been having this rattle and it feels like its coming from dead center right under the stick shift just directly below the cd player. It does not rattle while at idle. it rattles exactly at 2000 RPM, wether I gas to get to 2000rpm or coasting, or gasing up at or to 2000rpm and also rattles in between shifts.. It doesn't matter which gear im in, as long as the RPM hits 2000, it rattles.. it stops rattling once I pass 2000 rpm. It seems and feels as tho its the tranny thats doing the rattling.

check your exhaust. Make sure all bolts are tight and there are no leaks. make sure your downpipe is properly fit and not slapping anything (if you have aftermarket).
my old exhaust had a resonator in it and a piece of metal in it got loose and would rattle at 2-3k rpm...it drove me crazy haha.

Have a friend rev the motorto 2000 rpm while you stick your head under the car and in the engine bay and report back...hell jack up one side and with a jackstand and leave the jack for safety then slide under there and look, listen and feel for your rattle.
there is an exhaust shield that runs pretty much the length of the driveshaft.
I would say its that.
only way youre going to solve this is looking for yourself. Its literally the easiest thing you can do
