Help identifying hose
I have no clue what this hose is for. It's the one with the top on it and wrapped with tape. Anyone know?

gotcha. so, the vacuum line to your FPR was cut and T'd to provide a source for something like a boost guage, or who knows what. That source is no longer needed, so he capped off that T.
You could replace the whole line, or if there is enough slack, remove the T, and connect the long part of the line straight to your FPR. Put a ziptie on the vacuum line, on the FPR for good measure if you do this.
Leaving it how it is now likely will nto cause any issues if it is sealed up well by that screw.
