You must have at least 15 posts and have been a member for 15 days to post in the for sale section. This rule is in place to inhibit scammers and spammers.
These posts must be in the relevant sections of the site which do not include regional and off topic, among others. "Post whoring" of useless posts repeatedly to get to the 15 post limit will result in an infraction.
Once you reach 15 posts, the system will take some time to update. This is typically as much as a day before your account is updated and you are allowed to post in the for sale

We'll just nuke them if you're trying to post ***** your way into the marketplace. So, no don't.
