Various noises i'm trying to diagnose

I'm having a blast learning about evo's, and driving one! With that being said...
A few noises have captured my attention. There's 2 of them, and have searched online for 2 days for similar symptoms and I haven't really turned anything up yet. If any of you are familiar with what I describe, please let me know.
1) I've noticed a really quick chirp/squeal, and it sounds like it's coming from towards the front center of the car(as in nothing to do with the brakes) this is a much more distinct chirping sound...and it only does it when the car seems to be turning or shifting weight.
2)Every single time I shift, if I listen good, I can hear a scrolling grinding noise winding downward. It lasts for 2 seconds max. This is sitting still and revving, or while driving. I feel like it has something to do with the turbo, but I could be wrong.
Cheers, and thanks in advance
P.S.
My acd lights all come on and go back off every day at random times. I was told by the dealership it had a new clutch installed b4 I picked it up(I'm halfway tempted to open'r up and take a looksee) but there was paperwork to back it all so anyways...I'm assuming there is air in the system that needs to be bled. I was reading about the acd pumps...could that be the cause of a short, high pitched squeak? DO THOSE THINGS SQUEAK?!

1) I've noticed a really quick chirp/squeal, and it SOUNDS like it's coming from towards the front center of the car(as in nothing to do with the brakes) this is a much more distinct like...quick spinning chirping sound like a pump of some kind...and it only does it when the car seems to be turning or shifting weight(I guess, it's the only coincidence I've noticed when I hear it)...
2)Every single time I shift, if I listen good, I can hear a scrolling grinding noise winding downward. It lasts for like 2 seconds max. Sitting still and revving, or while driving. I SWEAR I feel like it has something to do with the turbo, but I could be wrong. I'm going to take this opportunity to go ahead and learn everything there is to know about this turbo. It sounds like a noisy bearing or something.
Cheers, and thanks in advance

Welcome.
First thing is first.
If your ACD lights are coming on, and you just bought the car from a Mitsu dealership, you should take the car back to the dealership immediately, and tell them to fix the GD problem. (Things like this make me so mad!)
ACD lights coming on could indicate a number of things, of which MOST are extremely expensive repairs.
The pump is located in the front left of the car. Essentially in the cooling channel on the drivers side of the bumper, above the upper intercooler pipe. To bleed the system, you'll really need 2 people, and the bleeder screws are located on the physical center differential, which is at the back of the engine bay, biased slightly towards the passenger side. The bleed screw is at the lowest point, so check that out.
But definitely take it back to the dealer, because they should never let a car leave with that, and THEN tell you the clutch was replaced. Gimmie a break. They either did it right, or didn't.
2. As for the noises... it could be a million things. Especially if the clutch was replaced by an amateur.
I would start by checking the turbo for shaft play (when it's cool obviously), and see how the blades spin by hand... it should be easy.
I would then check your timing/accessory belts (passenger side) and see what their condition is. Worn belts/bearings for accessories can make these types of noises.
That should give you a good starting point...
Thanks...taking it back to the dealer is not an option for 2 reasons, number 1, that dealership is a used one, and there is no warranty so they aren't responsible for it anymore I guess. Did they sell it to me knowing the 3 lights were on...probably, and if that's what they did I'm sure they knew I would never know until after I bought the car and had it for a little while(basterds). They had 6 other diff. evo's on the lot and they sell them frequently...and every guy at that dealership owned one personally and knew all about them, so i'm sure they knew the lights were on. Unfortunately at the time of purchase I had no idea those 3 lights could mean serious trouble in some cases...
Number 2, even if it had come with some kind of warranty, not much I could do considering I live in NC and the car was purchased in NY (flew there and drove it back home). I wanted a clean one with low miles/mods and in good condition, as well as silver, so due to my pickyness I was forced to look out of state for what I wanted...

If thats the case and you are taking responsibility for the repair then you need to start doing some research. Its not hard and you can get a used acd pump assembly for $500-$300 and after the install you will have to bleed the system which is not that bad but do require more than one person,Good luck.
Yeah, I have familiarized myself with the procedure. I'm going to bleed the system anyway just to make sure it wasn't something that was overlooked...
Thanks for the help guys and if anybody else recognizes any of these noises, let me know.
