My service engine light bulb blew out so I had to replace it, when replacing it I somehow manged to break the little rubber peg that stops the arm from going past
0 MPH, anyone have one or know where i could get one?

 

They are pretty universal. Go to the junk yard and pull a few from clusters of different mitsubishis. One/all of them will fit.
