any more precautions i should take???

Tomorrow at 7am my evo goes into the shop to finish up a long awaited voltex transformation. They will be removing the kit i have already test fitted and installed, and painting the whole car and kit to ensure a color match they will also be doing the necessary body work to fit 18x10 +20 wheels with 255/35/18 tires with 25mm spacers. Lets just say this is my pride and joy like im sure most of us evo owners feel the same. I trust the shop, but i dont trust individuals. Lets face it even a body shop guy is a car guy at heart, and as soon as they hear the exxhaust and the lope of cams and see gauges they are gonna give it a high rpm rev up. To discourage any stupid activities in my car without my consent i have taken the liberty to install a fuel cut/boost cut to activate at around 1 psi and also flashed a stationary rev limit of 3500rpm, and a regular limiter of 3500 also. Is there anything else i can do to prevent any unnecessary abuse of my car by some jerk off wanting to act dumb?im hoping the boost cut IF hit will slam there face into the dash hard enough to make them stop, im just afraid that if they do rev it and hear the two step hit at 3500 it will encourage them to try some awd launches.am i safe or can i take more safety precautions? Oh and i also have a sheet of jiffy lube stickers(i change my own oil a buddy works there and gives them to me for these purposes) that i write down the date i hhave my car worked on and write down the exact mileage so i know if my car was driven excessive amounts. I like to put it on my windshield right in front of their face to deter this, but seems they never notice lol. Any other tips?

Ive heard of "valet mode" ? Someone may be able to chime in. At the end if the day I would just stalk the shop and make sure no nonsense is happening. I know exactly how you feel. Something about handing my keys over for a week bugs me

Honestly... what I would say is... straight to the shop...

Something to the effect of, guys, just so you know... the motor has just been built, so I have it set with a rev limit of 3500rpm, and 1psi of boost. It isn't that I don't trust you guys, it's just that everything is coming together all at once.

That way, they'll know that you respect their professionalism, and they won't just think "what a dick, putting the rev limiter on".

Valet mode is just a rev limiter that you deactivate by pressing the throttle for a few seconds before starting the engine. So what the OP has done is just as good as valet mode.

And risk them STILL toying with the car and starving it of fuel.

I would just turn the boost down to be safe if your not running it in valet mode. I don't think they'll just sit and stand on the throttle. A few revs isn't going to hurt it.
