Are you waiting on them to respond? Or on a bumper you purchased?

I wouldnt order from mitsubishipaarts.net. i got one of the last batches of the ww painted jdm rear bumpers. They shipped it in nothing but foam paper, not even bubble wrap, and expected it not to get damaged. They wouldnt replace it it either. Thumbs down on them, and i know they lost my businness. Even on small items they have no one else does like fasteners and misc stuff, ill LET the dealer bend me over before giving my money to a company who doesnt care abbout customers and neglect to package items properly and hope nothing happens.

3-4 years ago i found these bumpers all over the place. Whether on part outs, auctions, or just people going back to stock. I had a used OEM JDM rear on my Evo 8 I bought for ($550 /painted silver) and I even had 2 oem jdm rear for ($450ea /1 white, 1 red) sitting in my garage. Now I cant even find one jdm rear bumper for my evo 9 at a good price anymore cause everyone wants both arms and your legs now. I'm kicking myself for selling the ones i had.

I will strongly suggest to get a hold of Paul at JNZ tuning. I just got my JDM rear through him about a month ago. I will not state what I paid for it, but I suggest you contact him. I actually went to pick the bumper up in CherryHill NJ since its only about an hour from me, save on shipping. When I got there, the parts manager that got the bumper for me asked me if I had any friends that needed one. I would even consider contacting him directly, I forget his name though. When I got mine, he had ordered 10 minus mine so he had 9 left. Link to dealer that I got it from. He also told me it would be about $125 for shipping.

Not always the cheapest option, but I've ordered from http://www.japanparts.com/ and they have access to get the bumpers and speak English.
