all 3 ACD lights on at the same time
I'm having the same issue. Took it to Mitsu and they told me it would cost me $125 just to have a diagnostics check and that the ACD isnt covered under my powertrain. I have 65k on my car. I'm wondering if the service charge was something that everyone pays and if it is a bad pump they'll replace it under warranty or was the guy just being a stickler?

Any issues with the ACD would cause all 3 lights to light up and mitsubishi is the only place you'll be able to have the codes pulled. Since your the original owner you should have warranty left and the pump should be replaced under warranty. My acd pump also went with roughly 25k miles on the car.
Mine was replaced at around 40k miles a year or two ago, covered by extended warranty.

Mitsubishi is not the only place to pull the code. You can do it by yourself . There is two ways .
1 - The easiest is with tactrix cable and evoscan . Just plug it and the ACD will flash .
Long flashes = 10
Quick flashes = 1
Then you check what the faulty code is on this website :

2 - the ghetto way is with a paper clip . Just by pass pin 1 and 4 from the OBDII plug and read the acd flashes .
I bought my evo8 over a year ago and my 3 lights always come on after about 5 mins of driving. It has done this ever since i bought it.It Runs and drives just fine.
I hated it at first, but now im used to it.
I did figure somethign out though. Lets say you start your car, and you have tarmec selected....Drive the car untill all three lights come on. Then push the button. Turn the car off and back on, and it will be on gravel instead of tarmec.......so apparently it still works somewhat if all three lights are on. Just keep count of how many times you push the button lol
