Is my Ignition Coil missing the Cup the plugs to the Sparkplug?
So I was replacing spark plugs and noticed cylinder 2 and 4 utilize the actual coil but when I popped it out I noticed it had a spring at the end that I believe touched the spark plugs and that's how it transfers the electricity. The other two of them which we're the plugs with the long wire had like a cup that clicks onto the top of the Sparkplug. Is my coils damaged or is it like this by Factory?

Your wording is a little confusing so adding in some pictures would certainly help your case. It sounds like when you are removing the coils they are splitting into two pieces with the bottom half remaining attached to the spark plug. If that is the case, it is ok as I've done that in the past and seems to happen if you dont pull perfectly straight up.
Just make sure that when you reinstall the coils you hear them "click" onto the spark plugs so you know they are properly seated.

As you can see the Actual coil has this spring that just touches the sparkplug compared to the other boot that has the actual cup that snaps onto the sparkplug.
