thanks for helping me.. now i just gotta find me a good boost gauge(upgrade sooner or later) with the stock fitting to fit vacuum hoses instead of nylon

 

had time to test and blow in the boost control solenoid and it seems to work
just ordered a boost gauge and well see how it goes

 

well today my used stock oem vacuum hoses with the boost/restrictor pills came in and after the installation its still the same....
i know im slow but it takes time....
but my guess is my turbo or wastegate is faulty

Did you try to blow air thru wga canister nipple to see if it's moving?

 

not yet but ive read if you hook a hose from the compressor to wastegate and drive the car you will get the spring pressure.

 

well i fixed the problem when i added the hallman boost controller so maybe it was the wastegate..
