Has your Evo had an ACD problem?
no, that is not the case at all..
the insides of the pump that are in contact with hydraulic oil are perfect. However, water/salt gets onto the part of the plate that is not sealed by O ring + frequently gets between the motor and the pump...
Also, the small part of the solenoid that is above the O ring corrodes to the pump body..

Yes My ACD showed the 3 green lights of doom about 20k miles ago when it got hot out. When it's cold no lights but still an issue.
I'm sending mine to: http://www.acd-tuning.com/index.html next month to fix finally.

My Acd pump was fine, my ACD inside of my Tcase was SHOT.
So my Tcase was shot, and i didnt the only logical thing to do and best thing ive ever done on my evo, Scrapped the whole ACD system and got a built Non ACD Tcase, i even replaced my gauges and my ACD button is blacked out, it looks as if the ACD was never even on the car.

My pump was running perfect for a long time. I deployed and left it in my garage for 7 months without anyone checking on it. When I started it, everything was running perfectly fine, not even a puff of smoke or sputter, except my ACD. When I start the car it's fine, but after a few minutes of driving all three lights come one. Now, there's been times I've driven for 30 minutes before all came on, and others 30 seconds and the lights came on. Someone from a shop told me that after sitting for a while they get air in the lines and to bleed the valve so that's what I'm going to try soon. Any other suggestions?
