i like cf trunks, esp do luck. not a fan of cf hoods unless car is black, or its partially painted. looks cheap imo
tho with a cf trunk and painted hood it would look unbalanced which would annoy the **** outta me.
once it starts fading, and seibon will fade, it will look like crap.
did you get the car this way, or why did you ditch stock hood for heavier seibon?

paint it body color with a good paint shop UNLESS your cars stays inside a garage for 90% of the daytime.....the fading & maintenance on it is not worth it IMHO. If you have the patience to keep it waxed every 4-5 days then leave it for now & get it painted later on......
If you are going to get the hood done bring it somewhere reputable and make sure they use proper amount of flex agent in the paint. CF Hood flexes quite a bit at speed.
Oh and can't speak for the shogun, gt, shanghi, oragami etc..
Carbon Hoods but the OEM Seibon hood is lighter than the OEM AL hood.
Its not much lighter but you can feel the weight difference just picking them up.

I have an eblue with VisRacing CF oem hood and CF doluck trunk and lip. Looks better matching hood and trunk. Plan on having them painted after few yrs. wherein CF will only be visible on the edges. Seen same style on m3s and m5s with CF bits.
