how would you rate the overall health of my car?

its an 05 evo 8 with GSC2 cams, AMS GT30R turbo kit, and your regular bolt-on mods with a street tune from Sean Ivy

If I'm not mistaken its 15psi from each other so number 1 is falling behind. Do it again with the engine at operating temperature, accelerator all the way in, and connect a charger to the battery.

 

more like 10% delta-- your fine.

 

10% from highest cylinder compression was 157psi so x 10% = 15.7psi from each other.

 

You are fine. I would run it forever like that.
