What to do to get more HP out of my evo 8? FP RED

2003 evo 8 93000 miles
just had it tuned last week 372hp/330tq on mustang dyno.

my current setup is

FP RED 84MM 18PSI WASTEGATE
ETS EXHAUST MANIFOLD
INVIDIA 02 HOUSING
HELIX DOWN PIPE AND TEST PIPE
TURBO XS EXHAUST
1000CC INJECTOR DYNAMICS
AEM FUEL RAIL
WALBRO 255 WITH STM FUEL PUNP REWIRE KIT
GSC S2 CAMS 274/274 with super tech springs and retainers.
hks cam gears.
shep trans
exedy twin disk
mishimoto radiator
Hks type r intercooler UICP/LICP
AEM EMS 2
HALLMAN MANUAL BOOST CONTROLLER
HKS INTAKE
A1 headstuds

ENGINE INTERNALS ARE STOCK. IM GOING TO BUY A buschur short block and stage 3 head over the winter.

I ordered a FP 25psi wastegate to get rid of the 18psi. And the tuner also reccommended getting rid of the hallman manual boost controller anf going with the aem one that can be connected to the aem ems 2 for better results.

trying to get more HP out of my setup. All comments on what more I can do or switch would be helpful. Thank you

Are you simply trying to push the car to the ragged edge? Are you looking to set a record with the red?

Looks like you've done everything possible or plan to. Do you plan to eliminate the counter balance shafts? Billet crank? EGR delete?

C16 and those id 1000s are good for 600hp. U can make 500 on stock block but keep the tq low

If you are really trying to push it, as mentioned a ported/polished turbine and compressor housing will help out. I would also look into:

Bigger injectors, like 1200s
Better/more efficient intercooler, CBRD 4" core, Race Core, something 4"
Ditch the HKS intercooler pipes, get something better, something with a shorter route UICP
Ported intake manifold, or aftermarket
02 housing dump

New tune - and none of that e-tune crap either. Go to an actual tuner who specializes in Evos.

I ordered a buschur racing race core intercooler. Just waiting for it to come it. And I will look into shorter UICP.
