need help

I have a 06 Evo, injen intercooler pipes, grimmspeed 3 port ebc, aem intake, fic 1120's tuned for e85 full exhaust except I think the o2 housing, I've been having a few problems lately, it has trouble coming down to idle, most of the time it'll try to stumble and stall, I usually run the rpms down in gear till idle and it won't try to die, also it had been tuned for 30 psi and is only peaking at 25, and tapering to 20, then there are the front o2 issues I've been having, I've replaced it 3 time but it keeps throwing codes p0171,p0134, and p0031, so Idk what to do and I need help guys

1. While all 3 of those codes are related to that front O2 sensor, rather than replacing it, have you checked the wiring?

2. Do a boost leak test.

3. Those 2 above will likely solve, or at least yield some results in leading you to solve the issues at hand.

THEN...

1. How long was the car running well on it's current tune?

2. How long have you had the AEM intake, and do you still have the stock intake?

3. Have you performed any modifications to the vehicle AFTER it was tuned?

4. How long has the car been running E85?

I will second everything he said.

haven't yet checked wiring as it isn't my strong point will check both wiring and boost leak, I had the idle issues immediately after the tune, didn't really care. car came with the aem intake, don't have stock intake, the injen piping was added after the tune, factory hoses kept popping off. been running e85 since September 9th

1. Well if you've replaced the sensor once (or more) and it hasn't fixed itself... then that isn't the problem, so you'd need to progress to the next logical thing. It could be as simple as cleaning the contacts. (You can use a small piece of sandpaper folded up to get into those silly little plugs for that O2 sensor) but also... the spark plug cover is occasionally responsibly for gnawing into the wire harness there.

2. If the idle issues happened just after your tune, and you didn't get them looked at, then you're going to need to go back to your tuner. Or find a new tuner. Or at the very LEAST talk to your tuner about your setup.

3. Evos are NOTORIOUSLY finicky when using an aftermarket intake snorkel. I have a degree in aeronautics, and couldn't tell you why at all. Some cars can get that tuned out, and some cars it will simply not work. My advice would be to find a stock intake snorkel, and put that back on between your turbo and MAF, and then bolt the open filter to the MAF. But I'll again defer to your tuner.

4. If you added a UICP and LICP AFTER your car was tuned, then that could ALSO be a pretty big issue. So once again, I'll recommend talking to your tuner. FWIW, you can simply replace the factory flex adapters with nicer silicone ones, although having the IC piping is probably a wise upgrade anyway. But you should definitely have that tuned.

As you'll notice, one of the most important things when getting a tune is a boost leak test. So test your car, check your wiring (as you said you would) and then I would probably source an intake snorkel and MAF kit to at least have it with you. Make an appointment with your tuner and let them know the issues you've been having with idle, and that it started after the tune (do this non-confrontationally... a good tuner should be there to help).

But I'd wager these steps should solve your problems.
