I cant seem to find any evo 4 or 5 parts anywhere.... Why is this? Someone help me out

Because no dealerships in the US carry those vehicles ( they are grey imports), you wont find parts easily. Thankfully the engine is essentially the same so any engine parts needed can be found. Almost everything else is best sourced from Japan or the UK. Try this:
