Few issues, any ideas?

I just finished installing a prosport evo boost gauge and 32mm wheel spacers in the rear, which was the first actual "mod" I've really done by myself. I'm running stock boost, but I'm only getting 16-17 psi, does this mean I must have a leak somewhere, or is this normal for an older evo running a stock tune? I put the T connector on the blow-off valve tubing and its nice and snug. Now when I brake my rear makes a slight knocking sound with the new wheel spacers installed, I torqued it down to about 85 and same with the wheels, so I'm assuming that nothings loose. Another issue, unrelated from my installs today is that my front discs are rubbing, constantly... I have changed the rotors and pads (the rotors are rotorpros and the pads are ceramic hawx) I had the issue before I changed the rotors as well. It doesn't seem to be the wheel bearing, and I'm hoping that my calipers aren't seized. Initially when I got the new pads and rotors the pads were not rubbing at all, but after time they began to rub again, and If I look at the pad and the rotor, the pad is constantly touching or incredibly close. What else could be causing this? I'm a total noob here so try to give me as much detail as possible,

do a boost leak test, search it.

have u looked at the front dust shields or whatever? maybe thats the rubbing sound your hearing.

thats an awfully large spacer you have in the rear, no idea on the knocking sound. i would definitely recheck the rear for rubbing or weird movement.

also you can bleed the brakes, its a good time to flush the oil brake fluid out. bleeding the brakes would probably cure the sticking pads.

For some reason, no matter how much I torque down the spacers, they always get loose. So I just removed them. As for the brakes, I'm going to get them bled next weekend and see if that solves anything. Thanks for the reply!
